Description

GDMode allows you to switch Google Desktop between the 4 display modes (None,
Floating Deskbar, Deskbar, Sidebar) on the command line. Personally, I use it
as a klugde in my plugins' Visual Studio pre-link and post-build steps to force
GD to unload and reload my DLL.

Note that this program is based on GD internals, and may at any time become
incompatible with GD. I will, however, try to keep it up to date.

Warning: There have been reports that this utility is broken in recent GD
builds. You can monitor or contribute to the discussion at:

Usage
~~~~~
The program complains anyway if you use it improperly, but here's the message it
displays anyway:
